By selecting the option to make a response public on the community feed, you grant Jernal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and share your content on our platform for other users to read.
You agree not to post any content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of privacy, or otherwise offensive. We reserve the right to hide, remove, or delete any user-generated content from the community feed at our sole discretion.
To save your writing history, you may create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
We employ moderation systems to ensure the community remains safe and creative. We reserve the right to suspend posting privileges or terminate accounts for users who repeatedly violate community guidelines or post spam.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jernal makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, uptime, accuracy, or completeness of the service or the writing prompts provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jernal and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of writing data, arising out of your access to or use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Jernal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
